Will my clients see that getmind is behind it?
No, if you switch on white label. Client area, preview, emails and support chat run under your name and address. The client sites themselves never mention us anyway.
Who pays whom?
You pay us the partner prices, one invoice per month for all sites. Your clients pay us nothing. What you charge them is your business.
Who does support?
The support chat in the client area answers most questions itself. Anything it can’t solve becomes a ticket for us. If you like, replies to emails go to your address.
Which sites are a fit?
Company, club and practice sites, blogs and portfolios, sites with contact and request forms. Not yet: shops, bookings with payment, member areas.
How does moving a client site work?
You enter the address, confirm ownership (email to the legal-notice address, file, meta tag or DNS), and we rebuild the site. You get a report on how closely each page matches the original and only publish when everything is right.
Can I join as a solo freelancer?
Yes. The partner account is the same for agencies and freelancers, starting from a single client site.
