Partner Terms

Last updated: 30 October 2026. This translation is for convenience; the German version is legally binding.

1. Scope

These terms apply to the getmind partner program (provider: Fabian Budde, Am Eickhagen 9, 59909 Bestwig, Germany, email: hello@getmind.io, “we”). Partners are businesses (agencies, freelancers) that run their clients’ websites on getmind. Our terms and conditions apply in addition unless stated otherwise here. The partner program is not intended for consumers.

2. Partner account, approval

Partners apply via the form on getmind.io. There is no right to approval. The partner agreement is concluded when we approve the account. Partners may invite further people to their account and are responsible for their actions.

3. Client sites and authorisation

Partners only add websites they have been commissioned to manage by the owner. Ownership is verified for each website in the admin. Towards their clients, partners are responsible for content, legal notice, privacy policy and rights to texts and images, and indemnify us against third-party claims based on missing authorisation or unlawful content.

4. White label

Partners may run the client area, emails and support chat under their own name, logo and address, without infringing third-party trademark or name rights. Partners set up DNS records for their own addresses themselves. Partners act towards their clients in their own name; the partner program does not create a contract between us and the partner’s clients.

5. Prices and billing

The partner prices shown on getmind.io/partners/ at the time of signing apply: currently a one-time fee per website rebuild and a monthly hosting fee per published website, plus VAT where applicable. We invoice monthly with one combined invoice, payable within 14 days. Additional credits can be bought at the current price list. We announce price changes at least 30 days in advance by email; the partner may then terminate as of the change. Partners set the prices they charge their clients freely.

6. Support

The AI support chat in the client area is available to the partner’s clients. Requests it cannot resolve are passed to us as tickets. Partners handle first contact with their clients on business matters (contracts, invoices, cancellations).

7. Term and termination

The partner agreement runs indefinitely and can be terminated by either party with 30 days’ notice to the end of a month. The right to terminate without notice for good cause remains, in particular for payment arrears of more than 30 days or unlawful content. After termination we provide the websites as file packages for download on request, or transfer them into the owner’s own getmind account at their request.

8. Data protection

Where we process personal data of the partner’s clients on the partner’s behalf (e.g. form submissions), we do so as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR. A data processing agreement is available on request.

9. Liability

Section 8 of our terms applies. Towards partners, liability for slight negligence is additionally limited to the total fees paid in the last twelve months, except for injury to life, body or health.

10. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is the provider’s registered office where permitted. We announce changes to these terms at least 30 days in advance by email; if the partner does not object within this period, they are deemed accepted, which we point out in the notice.
